Due to continued growth, Bupa have a number of exciting opportunities to work within our Loyalty & Retention team based in Staines, Surrey.

This varied role will involve taking inbound calls from existing customers and your focus will be to ensure customers feel valued, that their business is retained with Bupa and that all of our great new products and services are promoted with integrity.

The role will involve building strong rapport with your customers, problem solving and providing the confidence and trust that they do not need to look anywhere else for their insurance needs and receive a fantastic customer experience with us. The ideal candidate will be dependable and confident, have good communication skills and self-motivated. A strong, team player with an eager approach to work, you will also display the ability to empathise with customers. You must also have the ability to understand customer's needs, and to make sure they have every service available to them on every call you take.
