Customer Co-ordinator - Account Management

£19000 - £22000/annum

Daventry, Northamptonshire

This is a challenging position. You will be working closely with a Sales Surveyor to appoint, quote and follow up proposals in order to secure business. This is a technical product sale with high value projects and is not a repeat business environment.

You will either be:-

1. experienced in business to business sales or
2. wishing to move into this type of position

If you fall into category 2 - you will need to display the personality, enthusiasm and ability to persuade us that you are driven to achieve, motivated to learn and have the instincts required to become a sales professional.

The position includes:-

- taking calls from enquiries, ability to convert enquiries
Excellent relationship builder, astute, confident communicator
- Qualifying and booking appointments for your sales surveyor nationwide - a good UK geographic knowledge is required
- Happy to undertake detailed discussions with regard to project design via telephone
- able to negotiate and close orders
- admin duties including production of quotations and sales reporting
Making outbound calls (between 30 - 50 outbound calls) - but more importantly being able to commumicate effectively to develop relationships rather than make many calls. Detailed indepth conversations.

Full time. 9am - 5pm. ½ hour lunch.
Daventry Office.
Salary scale Basic - £19,000 - £22,000 per annum with commission structure after probation period.
