We are currently working for a renowned Estate Agency brand in the UK, who are looking for 3 telephone based Mortgage Advisers in the Bristol area, as part of a growing new function in the company.

Whilst this division is relatively new, they have grown very quickly to the point where they are generating far more business than they can handle. The majority of the business they do is servicing 'warm’ customers, and also customers which have been referred by the branch network, e.g. re-mortgaging, missed sales opportunities, servicing, as well as providing Mortgage advice to customers enquiring directly outside the branch network and generated from their marketing activities.

The company will offer a fun but hard-working and focused environment, coupled with strong earnings potential (achievable and realistic OTE of £40,000 to £55,000) and excellent career prospects. Due to the growth of the team and size of the company, many different avenues could be available for promotional opportunities (such as team leadership and management etc) as well as internal transfers to branch based roles.

Training will be second to none for the industry - due to the team’s small size and being centralised, the experienced management will be able to provide 1-on-1 training for individuals who wish to really develop their skills and careers, in order to maximise their own potential.

In terms of personality fit, the company is keen to find individuals who are driven by success, have strong initiative and commercial acumen, able to manage their own workloads, have a strong understanding of the sales process, flexibility, and a 'can do’ attitude, as well as a strong focus on compliance.

To be considered for the roles, it is essential that an individual hold the full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification. A previous track record in the Mortgage market would be ideal, however they could be willing to consider someone from other areas of customer focused Financial Services / Banking / Sales based roles, so long as you have the right attitude, knowledge of the Mortgage sector / products, and demonstrable achievements in your career.

Flexibility on working hours is also required - the team currently operates on a shift rota between the hours of 9am to 8pm, as well as working circa 1 Saturday shift every 5 weeks.
