Salary: £22,000 to £25,000

The Field Sales Executive is a strategic sales focused position targeting new, lapsed & prospective clients in the Leicestershire Area.

As our recruitment advertising category continues to grow, we’re looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our Team.

It’s a fantastic opportunity. The purpose of the role is to increase Trinity Mirror's recruitment client base within Leicester and surrounding areas and accelerate current levels of growth.

As a self-starter with drive and a passion to support organisations around their people issues, you will have a genuine interest and knowledge in our product portfolio across both Online and In Print including social media advertising platforms, preferably within the recruitment marketplace. You will be required to develop and implement business development strategies that fit employers short and long term staffing requirements. You’ll be working alongside creative experts to ensure that each project is uniquely designed and tailored to clients’ needs with their end goals in mind at all times. Working proactively, you will target new accounts and build contacts via telephone, meetings and marketing initiatives, tracking activity on our CRM System.

Ultimately, you will be accountable for building knowledge and understanding client plans, issues, imperatives, strategies, organisation and creating proposals focused around these points to secure client spend. As a part of a wider Sales Team you’ll also have the opportunity to capitalise on existing relationships with a view to upselling additional products and services in a more campaign led and creative fashion in order to develop overall share of spend.

Experience of working in a Recruitment Consultancy / Media Agency would be desirable, but not essential, although Sales experience is a must!
