Salary up to £27000 plus bonus.

You will be ensuring the smooth delivery of dining experiences to guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner services. You will delegate tasks and oversee the day to day running of the restaurant, bar and events. You will have experience of assessing current procedures in line with the required standards and creating new procedures where required. You will motivate the team to achieve the desired high standards and adapt training and development based on regular reviews. You will ensure that all staff interact with customers and guests in a professional manner and upsell products and services where possible.
