This luxury SME provides bespoke products into the high-end hotel and restaurant industry. They are seeking a Luxury Sales Manager to come onboard ASAP and look after a team of 4-5. Client Details

Based in West London, this luxury company produce bespoke items for the hotel and restaurant industry. They have had particular success within the 5* category and have big accounts that they have worked with for 20 years plus. However, they have also had some high street success with the likes of Nandos and Pizza Express. They still have factories in Croatia so the products are of exceedingly high quality. It is run by the original founders son who has taken the business from strength to strength


The responsibilities of the Luxury Sales Manager will include:

  • Managing, leading and coaching the sales and customer support team
  • Developing and refining the existing customer care/escalation process
  • Supporting the field sales team and distributors
  • Develop a formal customer follow up procedure
  • Be the CRM power user
  • Monthly sales commission and expense calculations management
  • KPI reporting
  • Analysis and reporting of data
  • Developing and training by job role

This is a brand new role and will report into the Commercial Director


The ideal Luxury Sales Manager will be:

  • A strong people and team leader. Line management experience
  • Proven track record in sales or customer service
  • Sold luxury products
  • Detailed knowledge of a high performing customer care environment and its related process flows and reporting
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Detailed orientated
  • Can train, coach and evaluate performance of team

You will be targeted on response time to enquiries, customer satisfaction, an active/engaged team, sales revenue

Job Offer

40-45k basic salary OTE 55K, 25 days annual leave, private medical insurance and progression plan.
