Jennings Morton Friel Associates are proud to be partnering one of the UK’s most recognisable not for profit organisations in their recruitment for a Payroll Systems Manager to join the HQ in Central London. The organisation currently has over 20000 payees and a payroll expenditure in excess of £360m.
The Payroll Systems Manager will be tasked to review, identify and deliver continuous systems/process development changes, to ensure that ResourceLink is working at its full potential for 9 separate payrolls, with approximately 9000 payees throughout the UK. You will liaise with various colleagues from Director level downward as you will be the organisation expert for ResourceLink and MyView, therefore having excellent communication skills are essential. This role also acts as first line support for any ResourceLink queries for all 9 payrolls.
It is essential that you will have a strong understanding of ResourceLink and MyView systems coupled with experience working in a technical payroll position, and have experience of implementing change using ResourceLink. This role also requires the person to have a working knowledge of report writing tools such as Business Objects. This is a client facing role so you will need to be a good communicator.
