They are currently looking to recruit a number of highly driven Customer Service Coordinators to join them at their Trafford Park Office. They have both full and part time opportunities available - the part time hours can be flexible to suit your needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives on guiding customers through the complete lifecycle, from bringing new customers on board through effective and successful prospecting and pitching to working alongside your dedicated new business development colleague(s) to efficiently manage their account.
Finding potential fuel card customers through the existing database of customers and carrying out brief research of the company prior to making contact, you will send relevant information gained from the call and confirm details of call-back date and time. Keeping the system updated in terms of the information which has been sent out, you will send customers the appropriate application form and act as the main point of contact for any queries or questions they may have.
Previous experience is not essential - all that they ask is that you have a high degree of self-motivation and self-confidence and have the ability to build the appropriate level of professional rapport with customers. Good communication and interpersonal skills are a pre-requisite, as is the ability to handle customer objections assertively.
