Payroll Clerk - 5 month contract - immediate start required!
KCR Solutions are recruiting for a Payroll Clerk to work for a company based in Newcastle. They are looking for someone who can be an effective and efficient part of their team of 9. This is a 5 Month, full time contract. Salary will be £19,000 - £21,000 pro rata. Immediate start required!
- Payroll Processing
- Starters, leavers
- One-off payments, season ticket and bicycle loans
- Checking payroll changes
- Tax uploads
- Reporting and reconciliations
- Payroll reconciliations / Data cleansing
- Various reports
- Third party payments
- Assisting with correspondence and customer service
- Ad-Hoc tasks as and when required
- Demonstrated payroll processing experience
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel
- Awareness or experience of working in a Shared Service Centre environment
- Understanding of payroll legislation and processes
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
