My client who are based in central Diss, a stone's throw from the train station specialise in all aspects of motor insurance.

As one of their Advisers you are responsible for representing their company brand, providing excellent customer service and providing a competitive quote for insurance on bikes and cars alike.

No previous experience is required and therefore this is an excellent chance to gain some office experience in a fun and vibrant environment to work in, my clients really are an excellent employer and care a great deal about progressing their employees to the best of their potential.


Job Description:

The role will provide day-to-day servicing, and administration of client insurance requirements in a timely, technically accurate and cost effective manner, in accordance with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly and providing fair customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

You will adhere to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly Giving instructions to insurance providers

You will check policy documents (including endorsements) for accuracy prior to receipt by clients

You will process correspondence, Mid Term Adjustments, renewals, pre-renewal activity, quotations and computer input as applicable to the role

You will ensure that all post and diary activity is completed on a daily basis

You will manage your own files as per local procedures

Key Skills Required:

You will ideally have previous experience of working in a call centre environment (not essential).

You will ideally have a strong customer service focus with the ability to show empathy and build strong relationships with the customer.

You will have the ability to work in a targeted environment and focus on both customer service and accuracy when following scripted conversations.

You will have the ability to maintain both quality and efficiency in line with the agreed service standards and QA KPIs

You will be responsible for ensuring that all activity and account information is recorded, accurately and in line with company procedures.

You will be required to meet/exceed agreed Sales and Retention targets as defined by the business whilst maintaining agreed quality standards
