An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Homecare Manager. My client is a national home care provider who are looking for a manager to oversee their branch in Peterborough.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
·At least 3 years previous experience as a Registered Homecare Manager
·A track record of managing and motivating a team
·Registered Managers award or higher.
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
·Ability to show and evidence business development and quality strategies and outcomes.
·A driving license and access to their own vehicle
In this role you will be responsible for:
·The day to day operations of all the Domiciliary Care provision
·Managing the office team
·Managing the care team
·Assessing and identifying business opportunities
·Developing the range of services offered
·Ensuring all quality and compliance are met in line with CQC regulations
·Managing budgets and resources.
·Service quality development
