Sales Manager- Umbrella & Accountancy Industry - London

Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 basic + £65,000 OTE

Benefits: 23 days holiday rising to 26, life insurance, pension

A market leading, award winning Umbrella & Contractor Accountancy firm that provide payroll services solutions to organisations and contractors throughout the UK are looking for a driven Sales Manager to motivate and lead an already successful team. The successful Sales Manager will have the opportunity to grow the team to increase their overall success. The company is a leading player in the industry with a fantastic reputation. In addition to an excellent basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000 and an achievable OTE of £65,000 there is also an extensive benefits package.

As a successful Sales Manager you will be responsible for the overall success of your team so a natural motivator would thrive in this position. Additionally, the successful Sales Manager will need to have a high degree of confidence in recruiting and training new members of the team. Furthermore, the Sales Manager will report to the Sales Director as well as data reporting.

We are looking for a Sales Manager with;

* A minimum of 2 years managing an internal sales team
* A Proven track record in managing activity and improving performance that can be evidenced
* The ability to motivate and manage people effectively while implementing strategic plans

If you have experience in the Umbrella, Payroll & contractor accounting industries that would be great although my client is happy to consider excellent sales people from any sectors
