One of the leading holiday park operators in the country are on the look out for a passionate Head of Digital Marketing.

Based in their modern and spacious new office in East Sussex,
You will have experience in managing a marketing team with a strong digital bias and are keen to join a company where you can demonstrate your skills and express your enthusiasm whilst contributing to the continued success of the business. You will be hands on and enjoy a collaborative approach to all work where every team member's contribution is recognised and valued. Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the marketing director, you will help build on success by leading the marketing team across all digital channels, the majority of which are managed by in-house specialists.

In addition to your own responsibilities, you will look after the day to day running of the marketing team of 8 people, ensuring all targets, deadlines and KPIs are being met.

You will need to demonstrate a good level of understanding and experience in the following areas:

PPC - Google and Bing
SEO
Analytics / Reporting
Web Development
Email Marketing
Social Media
Content Marketing
Data Capture / CRM
Key Skills
