Page Personnel are currently working with a leading accountancy practice to recruit a talented Payroll Supervisor to manage a portfolio of client across the UK. This role is based in Widnes and will report into a talented qualified Payroll Manager.

Client Details

This professional accountancy practice provides a full outsourced payroll service offering processing, advice and all queries so your role will be hands on, relationships with clients will be built overtime to your growing portfolio.

As a Payroll Supervisor you will have full autonomy of your allocated portfolio


This Payroll Supervisor role will include management of the following;

*Delivering a full end to end payroll service to a portfolio of clients of various sizes

*Preparing clients payrolls both weekly and monthly including data input, reconciliation, payslip generation and providing reports directly to clients

*Arranging payment of wages

*Providing a technical support service to clients on payroll, PAYE and some basic employment matters

*Liaising with third parties such as HMRC and pension providers on behalf of clients

*Processing RTI and auto-enrolment


Your experience in Payroll will need to include;

*Experience working as a 3rd party payroll provider (Bureau, Practice etc)

*Full and up to date legislations knowledge to be able to support your portfolio of clients with their queries

*Experience of working with RTI and auto-enrolment

*Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

*The ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to provide excellent customer service to clients

*Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

*IT literacy and competent with Excel
