Housekeeping and Front of House Team Leaders
My client based in Bognor Regis is currently recruiting for a number of Housekeeping and Front of House Team Leader positions.
The roles available are on a full time and permanent basis, offering a competitive annual salary plus benefits.
The ideal candidates will have previous experience working at a similar level, or be in a position to progress to a Team Leader position. Training will also be given for your role. Suitable candidates will have the ability to:
- Support the in the day-to-day running of the venue, whilst ensuring that appropriate leadership is provided to our teams.
Express clear and consistent lines of communication between your team and other leaders throughout the business.
- Possess a passion to deliver the best holiday experience and exceed expectations for all guests.
- Confidently exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills with both guests and team members
Have the ability to demonstrate exceptional service standards and have a good eye for detail.
