My client based in Bognor Regis is currently sourcing experienced Chefs, all levels considered.
The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and have a genuine passion towards working with food. Successful candidates will possess the following:
Versatile and strong work ethic
Ability to assist in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
Be passionate about working with food
Ensure consistency throughout the kitchen
Ensure presentation of food is compliant with restaurant standards
Maintain the highest standards at all times
Good understanding of food health and safety
Recognised catering qualifications ideally Level 2 Diploma in professional cookery or NVQ equivalent
The company welcomes the ability to work as part of a team as well as an eagerness to learn and progress. This position would be suited to any individual who enjoys working within the kitchen environment.
