My client based in Bognor Regis is currently sourcing experienced Chefs, all levels considered.

The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and have a genuine passion towards working with food. Successful candidates will possess the following:

  • Versatile and strong work ethic

  • Ability to assist in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen

  • Be passionate about working with food

  • Ensure consistency throughout the kitchen

  • Ensure presentation of food is compliant with restaurant standards

  • Maintain the highest standards at all times

  • Good understanding of food health and safety

  • Recognised catering qualifications ideally Level 2 Diploma in professional cookery or NVQ equivalent
