Our client is an international world class events and media company with offices throughout the world.
They are dedicated to creating evocative and timely content driven B2B conferences and online communities for senior executives globally and over the last 5 years have successfully launched a number of online communities across a number of vertical markets.
The role of Online Business Development Manager will be responsible for sourcing new business and managing existing relationships across one of our client’s online communities.
You will be take full commercial ownership of a portal by selling online advertising tools such as display/ banners/ buttons, webinars and white papers, annual subscriptions and Sponsorship & Advertising.

Skills Required for the Online Business Development Manager
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Minimum of 2 years experience in digital sales and solid understanding of the digital world
- Solid sales process
- Confident, engaging and articulate
- Self motivated and goal orientated
- Excellent new business skills and strong account management process
- Ability to close business over the phone and face to face
