A pivotal role for a Marketing Executive has arisen with an exciting automotive company, working with F1 and motor team sports.

Based in South Oxford, we’re looking for someone with a passion for the automotive sector to help reach our 5 year business plan. This is a great opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to play a large part shaping the company’s future and you will be exposed to all aspects of a growing business. We have three companies associated with the Group, of which each offers their individual challenges. We therefore require someone with a passion to develop their career with Marketing, with a proven track record in not only developing a strong marketing strategy, but also delivering upon it. You must be creative, organised and willing to getting stuck into whatever is required to help the team. We need someone who is pro-active and able to manage multiple projects. This person does not need to be an expert, but willing to learn quickly - you are guaranteed to learn a lot in this role. You DO need to be able to prove your marketing strategy experience and knowledge.
Your responsibilities as Marketing Executive.
Digital content planning: Translate the brand strategy into engaging content plans for our digital platforms (including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Website, Blog and newsletters).
Content creation: Developing and executing the right content for the brand and our channels. This must be high quality and in line with the brand guidelines. This includes some writing skills, but also the ability to take good quality photographs and to use Photoshop and other software to edit and create assets, including videos, gifs, etc.
Social media: You will also manage all our social media channels, including managing content (posting, responding to comments and messages, interacting and engaging with influencers and other users) on the various platforms.
Manage brand assets: Manage consumer and trade assets. This will include being able to use Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to create in store POS, vouchers, invites, online banners, adverts etc.
Website design and management: Manage the design and functionality of website platforms, including an e-commerce offering.
Events: Managing consumer and trade events. Keep an eye out for any events that you think it would be worthwhile participating in. You will be responsible for planning and executing these,
Team Player: You will be required to answer incoming calls to assist the sales team where necessary.
- Be able to develop a strategy for multiple business lines and set KPI’s to show a clear ROI Interest in the Automotive sector
- Pro-active - can see the big picture but also get your hands dirty and make things happen
- Very organised and able to manage multiple prioritie
- Good IT Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Proficient on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and iMovie
- Creative thinker with a good understanding of social media
- Ability be innovative on a shoestring, making our budget stretch as far as possible
