Job title- Account Handler
Salary- £18k-£24k per annum
To ensure that client new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments are actioned and administered in a timely and efficient manner.
You will be responsible for:-
- Supporting the Account Executives to achieve and exceed budgeted income.
- Ensure that all renewal documentation is available to Account Executives within agreed time scales.
- Issue clients with risk registers and schedules of insurance.
- Chase insurers for outstanding documentation.
- Advise insurers of midterm adjustments and to process the necessary documentation to the client.
- Pro-actively manage the client relationship, in conjunction with the Account Executive, to ensure that service standards are exceeded.
- Provide insurers with presentations on new and renewal business.
- Identify and maximise cross selling opportunities for all clients (in conjunction with the Account Executive where appropriate).
Insurance background is essential, preferably commercial but NOT essential.
This role is full time, permanent Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, 23 days holiday + 8.
