The Role: With a strong portfolio of accounts to manage but focusing on developing new ones, the successful Area Sales Manager will be dealing with the independent retail marketplace. You will also spend around 20% of your time with builders merchants, speaking to branch and business owners and managers in a highly proactive manner. With a great uncapped commission scheme on offer, the new area sales manager will also benefit by working for a company which has a policy of promoting from within.

The Company: Recently having invested in state of the art technology, warehousing and now a new recruitment campaign, this company is really going places in their sector. They manufacture a full range of quality kitchen doors and accessories and now seek a new Area Sales Manager in the West Midlands to grow their highly successful team.

For this Area Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • You will have a track record of new business sales into independent retailers or builders merchants
  • Hungry and assertive candidates with excellent new business skills
