Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk with a background working across the whole accounts function?

Our exclusive client continues to infiltrate new markets and as a result, now needs further support from an Accounts Assistant for their growing accounts function based on the outskirts of City Centre Manchester.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a small and friendly hard working team on the outskirts of Manchester. You will have a good understanding of accounts and be comfortable in a fast moving ever changing environment.

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk your duties will include:

  • Scanning and processing invoices
  • Handling incoming queries and payment issues
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Preparing supplier statement reconciliations
  • Additional project work alongside the Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Comfortable in fast pace environments
  • Experienced in purchase ledger - 1 to 2 years experience is essential
  • Conversant in Navision and able to use Excel (V lookups and Pivot Tables)
