Joining a team, and applying your electrical (and a bit of mechanical) knowledge to an range of engineering challenges for this friendly, successful and growing manufacturer.
Good basic / Excellent shift allowance.
15 shifts worked a month in total, 1 Saturday (8-4) , and only 5 nights.
Whilst this may appear a simple maintenance electrician role (planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, equipment refurbishment, modification and upgrades, and health and safety) this is a chance to use the breadth of your engineering ability.
Faced with a quirky set of problems, the role calls for a good electrical maintenance engineer with 17th edition and an apprenticeship / C&G background to help with a continual drive towards engineering efficiency. You will have the opportunity to diagnose and repair problems, as well as implement a PPM schedule.
You will also be playing a part in the upgrading of capital equipment, and be able to expand and develop your career in this way.
Whilst working for a large, stable and successful international manufacturer, you will be a part of close nit and friendly engineering team.
