Your new company
Your new company is a family run business who are currently expanding their operations and opening an office in Bristol to cover their expansive works in the South West. Project values range from £6 - £18 million and cover a range of sectors including Education, restoration and residential.
Your new role
You will be a Construction Manager with the responsibility of looking after several high value sites. Sectors of work include Education, leisure, refurbishment and residential. Quality is key and you would be instrumental in ensuring high quality throughout all projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a valid SMSTS qualification along with first aid. You must have previous experience of managing multiple sites and coordinating and managing teams of site managers across varying types of projects.
