Digital Business Sales Development Executive

Immediate Start and Interviews

£35k - £40k + Commission

Guildford, Surrey

Our client based in Guildford is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Executive with experience working in the Digital TV and Video industry.

This is a particularly exciting time to work with our client as they transition from delivering bespoke global solutions to delivering cutting edge digital Products.

Duties include:

• Effectively communicate the unique DIGITAL products and services

• Build and manage sales pipeline, identify prospects, qualify new opportunities, proactively approach companies and ensure active follow up

• Identify key industry trade shows

• Organise Client meetings for trade shows

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports as required by management

• Maintain competitor awareness and provide timely accurate feedback on competitor activity, pricing or any sales lost to competitors

• Drive revenue growth through sales of products and services

• Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses

• Work closely with Solutions Architects and System Engineers to analyse customer needs, craft and present solutions

• Seek out and target new prospects and opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business


• Extremely strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills

• Excellent commercial and relationship building ability

• Ability to talk at a high level with CTOs and other technical people within studios, broadcasters, production facilities and service providers

• Proven track record of incremental pipeline growth and revenue generation

• Ability to instigate and chase down leads

• Attention to detail, solid organizational skills with a clear focus on producing quality work

• Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue goals in a high growth environment

• Self-starter with the interest, ability and energy to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
