Job Purpose Reporting to the COO, the Head of Global Marketing is responsible for the timely delivery of a portfolio of customer campaigns by the Marketing Department globally. In addition to this, they are responsible for activities and projects to support the delivery of global Marketing objectives, building effective relationships with existing customers to leverage customer network and further investment, and maximizing opportunities to provide powerful references and credentials to Axios Sales team. Job responsibilities Liaising with the COO on all aspects of marketing communication, budget planning, tactics and strategy. Generating Leads for Sales leveraging a mix of digital and traditional marketing strategies. Agreeing the scope, implementation, management and review of a portfolio of customer marketing campaigns targeting opportunities across global marketing channels. A member of the Senior Leadership Team with full responsibility for the management and development of the global marketing team. Responsibility for the management and development of the global Inside Sales Lead Qualification team. Develop an annual global and regional strategic marketing plan, this will include sales / growth targets, market conditions, market activity, performance data and recommendations for future campaigns. The performance of this plan will be reviewed on a monthly basis with the Senior Leadership Team. Provide creative and innovative input into regional and global Marketing Projects, initiating and delivering effective and innovative campaigns, for use globally. Developing close and effective working relationships with relevant local territory marketing resources to ensure that campaigns and activities are effectively targeted to all geographies and channels. Managing and overseeing project and event budgets, accountable for the realization of targets and benefits from campaigns and initiatives, such as the Global and overseas User Groups and Regional User Forums. Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of strategies, campaigns and events. Actively establishing goodwill and positive channels of communication for the collection and analysis of customer feedback on solutions and service provision, for example through use of surveys and discussion forums. To create press strategy and advise Leadership team on press matters and relations with the press Work closely with Sales to ensure that all customer and prospect information on database is effectively maintained so that campaigns, messages and media can be targeted appropriately. Maintain and schedule regular measured and targeted customer communications strategies such as customer newsletters and email campaigns. Proactively support the company wide customer advocacy program through collation and internal distribution of intelligence on existing customer base, providing the sales and marketing teams with a continuous stream of relevant customer reference materials. Skills & Experience Strong understanding of web lead generation, including content marketing and SEO Senior management experience ideally gained within an international software environment. Can demonstrate capability for this role and significant digital marketing experience. Educated to degree level, with a post graduate marketing qualification. Candidates must be confident and well-presented, with excellent communication skills, and can represent the company at all levels. Working knowledge of IT operational Management and IT Service Management markets and an understanding of ITIL and ISO 20000 would be a distinct advantage. knowledge/experience of using Sales CRM solutions and marketing automation solution such as HubSpot Fluency in a second language would be desirable.
