*About You*

We are looking for an ambitious Head of Marketing to take charge of growing awareness and usage of OpenRent across the UK, and play a key part in our journey to becoming a nationally famous brand and trusted household name.

This is a new role we are creating so there is huge potential to have immediate impact and play an integral part in our success as we scale. You will take on responsibility for all marketing activities spanning digital, SEO, brand and PR, as well as offline campaigns across TV, outdoor and print. You will be in charge of managing and allocating a significant marketing budget across these, as well as overseeing creative and messaging.

This is a key hire for us, you will be working closely with the founders and in addition to a competitive market salary will be eligible for our quarterly bonus scheme, as well as significant share options so you can also benefit financially from our rapid growth and success.

*The Role*

This is an exciting and challenging role that requires strategic thinking combined with creativity and a willingness to get your hands dirty. It is a broad remit but the good news is that we already have a really strong engine of growth, a clear and differentiated proposition, and a “consumer champion” brand already known and loved by over a million landlords and tenants across the country.

We want you to take ownership of our marketing function and help us scale to the next million users, and the next million after that! A broad overview of responsibilities is as follows:

* Oversee brand positioning and messaging for both landlord and tenant audiences
* Allocate a significant marketing budget across channels to optimise CPA as we scale
* Manage ambitious campaigns to build awareness and trust
* Test new channels and approaches while driving those that are already working
* Work with the product team to ensure we remain close to our customers and use the resulting insights to support the product roadmap as well as marketing activity
