*The Role*

At *MVF*, we are looking for a *Partnerships Manager* to shape and direct the strategy for a brand new team, with great opportunities to deliver massive value and build a high impact strategy directly with the leaders of the business.

As the Publisher Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for recruiting publishers to generate qualified prospects for MVF’s customer generation services.

You will work closely with our technical SEO and UX teams to identify the most valuable opportunities and develop the best strategy for maximising the value of the partnership on site once it’s running. You'll be at the heart of this new team, and determine the future trajectory for the area of the business.

You will need a strong blend of marketing and commercial acumen to identify and engage with publishers at a senior level, lead the contractual discussions and manage the integrations.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Identify websites with high potential using SEO tools and traffic analysis
*Engage with publishers to understand their business objectives and demonstrate the value proposition of the partnership.
*Develop a commercial model and forecast for each partner that delivers value to both organisations taking into consideration: opportunity size, payment mechanism (CPL, Tenancy, CPM etc), type of integration, timings.
*Work with legal teams to agree mutually acceptable terms
*Work with design to ensure CTAs are compliant/acceptable with partners needs
*Analyse pages (either from internal traffic by page data or 3rd party i.e. SEMRush) with high intent and likely to monetise effectively, get them signed off and then pass the mappings to tech for launch
*Project manage the technical relationship and effectively represent publisher needs internally relating to product usage, requirements and technical troubleshooting.
*Work with the publishers to develop new content themes and areas of optimisation to improve campaign performance.
*Develop the processes and best practices for MVF’s Partnerships team as the foundation for a larger team.


*Our ideal Partnership Manager*

*Proven experience in the online marketing sector working with publishers and media owners.
*The ideal candidate would have worked in a commercial role setting up partnerships with publishers OR in a media buying role that includes negotiating sponsorship, tenancy and performance deals.
*Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key online metrics to understand media value, conversion rates and performance.
*Familiarity with SEO and page layout as the role will be working closely with these teams to develop successful partnerships.
*Ambition to build a team and create scalable processes is important.
*Structured and organized approach to communicating and meeting with prospective partners
*Strong interpersonal skills with track record of forging and developing close relationships
