About the role
Our management programme is aimed at attracting our future managers, whilst providing variety and exposure across our business. The programme will allow you to gain a thorough understanding of a variety of business areas including finance, project management, software development, marketing and business intelligence.
Our Graduate Management Program runs for two years, during which you will complete four rotations in different areas of the business. Your first placement will be decided by the Graduate Steering Committee and be based upon preferences communicated in your interview and your educational or work history. The aim of the programme is to develop you into a manager and leader of the future within Target Group.
Alongside placements, you will be involved in graduate projects; an incentive that allows graduates to make a real difference to the business. A couple of examples of Graduate project outputs are as follows:
- Company Overview Document
- Best Companies Employee Survey
- Career Development Site
We will offer you structured support and development as you rotate around the business, engaging you in a mentor scheme with a senior business leader and offering placements with clear and challenging objectives.
