Our client is a global organisation and without question a leader within their sector. They are seeking an ambitious and confident individual to join their team to support the Business Partnering Function in this highly analytical role. Your responsibilities will include the following:

•Financial Business Partnering to include Key accounts and external projects and assist in project set up meetings with Operations and Business Development department associated with this.
•Monthly Support to Project Management team in review of their Project Reports and other required reporting.
•Maintain monthly reporting and analysis of the overheads, including Fleet and IT recharges.
•Prepare the forecast and budget of overheads as required.
•Month End Close processes and procedures for P&L including preparing relevant journals.
•Control the Project Set up process for the business area including the tracking of contract status and completion of costing models
•Assistance in the audit of Projects and Contacts.
•Identify risks and opportunities and work with the business to ensure opportunities are realised and risks avoided or minimised.
•Assist cash flow and NBO (Net Billing Outstanding) management for all service areas
•Develop Financial reporting and prepare Client Reporting where required.
•Co-ordination of all project related Sarbanes Oxley controls and the quarterly review of these processes.

As an individual you be degree educated, qualified (CIMA/ACCA) or a Finalist. You will have excellent inter-personal and communication skills – this role will interface with both internal and external stakeholders. You should be commercially focused with an inquisitive and driven approach and strong presentation skills. Your Excel skills will be to an advanced level and you will have good all round experience of proprietary ERP systems.
