THE ROLE: Covering the South Wales and the South West, the Territory Sales Manager will be selling a range of pelvic floor devices and consumables. You will be responsible for building on good relationships with surgeons, consultants, urogynecology, and theatre managers, and developing new business. You will also be liaising with procurement department. Full company and product training is standard here.
THE COMPANY: This well-established American manufacturer has an excellent reputation in their field, and has currently acquired new urodynamic product line to consolidate their position in the market place. They sell surgical lasers, catheters, slings, baskets, mesh, and penile implants.
THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will have extensive sales ability selling into theatre, a urology/pelvic health background is a bonus but not essential. They will also consider a high calibre intelligent individual with a non-medical sales background. The company are looking for dynamic, energetic sales people to hit the ground running in this role. You will be eager to succeed, with current experience in field sales.
FOR THIS TERRITORY SALES MANAGER POSITION, WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- Strong theatre sales background bonus but not essential
- Non-medical sales - ability to pick up technical aspect of a medical device role
- Competitive, hungry and well-presented candidates do well here
- £42,000 Base Salary
- + £18,000 Commission
- Fully Expensed Company Car
- Pension, Mobile, Laptop, 25 Days Holidays
