Our client has launched a new strategy. Together with this new corporate strategy, they have launched a new growth strategy. This substantially increases their development programme; their tenure offer and their geography. With a strong emphasis on home ownership, it's bold and it's ambitious, just like the staff that they want to deliver it. They are growing their development team and marketing and sales team and they have a range of roles available. They're seeking ambitious staff with the commitment and passion to deliver, a flair for innovation to find solutions and new ways of working, and people who thrive working as part of a fast paced team. If you share their values and want to work with them to help them solve the housing crisis they want to hear from you.

Their Marketing Manager role is a newly created and exciting role and is central to their success. Using your commercial acumen and your knowledge of the residential property market you will advise on new development opportunities, from site identification through to marketability of the product and the appropriate specification. You’ll produce scheme specific marketing reports and strategies, and regularly report to the business on market trends, highlighting opportunities and risks.

An enthusiastic and innovative individual, you’ll have a flair for design and you’ll know what sells, and how to sell it. You’ll also be adept at analysing and questioning data to provide a sound evidence base of decision making on what new homes we build and where.

We offer bright newly refurbished offices, flexible working arrangements, and great training and career opportunities. Above all that though, you’ll be joining a talented and enthusiastic team, keen to innovate and deliver.

The closing date for this role is Tuesday 16th May.

Interviews will be held Thursday 25th May.
