Location: Bournville and Uxbridge Rate: £26.73 ph PAYE Employment Type: Contract (8 Months) Reference: K-PCMSN-ER Key Responsibilities: This role description is for a temporary assignment to work as a Change Management manager dedicated to the transformational project detailed below to help promote employee adoption and in turn business outcomes The ServiceNow initiative for ITS will replace our current Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) solution that is hosted on 30 services (15 physical) across multiple DXC data centres with the ServiceNow solution for IT Service Management and IT Application Portfolio Management processes. The introduction of these ServiceNow modules is a critical component of delivering the User First Project benefits case ($30MM over 5 years) which relies on operational efficiencies achieved through automation and staff reduction. ITSM integration (leveraging ServiceNow) is the most basic stepping stone for IT automation hence any delay will impact to the business case through a delay ramping down HCL resource ServiceNow will be used to support the following ITSM processes: Incident, Critical Incident, Request, Problem, Change and Configuration Management and Hardware Asset Management. ServiceNow will give us a chance to change how we oversee our service operations and allow us to simplify our processes, consolidate our transactional interfaces, reduce complexity of our ongoing support requirements and streamline reporting and the way we review and share our ITSM performance data internally and with our providers. Allowing MDLZ to monitor all supplier performance against contracted SLAs and measure how we are performing to the business as a whole This project will deliver our next-generation portal. A single, intuitive, multi-lingual IT Self Service portal leveraging Google-like search capability, chat-bot technology and social collaboration enabling users to resolve issues without opening a Service Desk ticket. In particular, the introduction of ServiceNow as the end user facing self-service portal will provide us advanced, integrated knowledge management repository utilising Google-like search capability and multi-lingual content introducing a step-change in usability of IT self-service options for global user base The IT Application Portfolio Management (APM) component, will introduce a single ‘pane of glass’ for Enterprise Architecture to manage and update Application Portfolio and do IT Planning activities. APM will help us understand our out-of-date technology portfolio and mitigate the risk this presents through oversight and regular upgrades, operationalising the activities that were ran under the FortifyNext project This initiative will span across functions/regions and will require high coordination among the project team with the impacted stakeholders. The Change Management lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a change management strategy and approach for the program working closely with the project leadership Key Skills Required for Submission: Accountable for change and communication of the projects in scope Provide guidance and oversight to Regional Change Leads and the HR Global Functional stakeholders in setting up and delivering an appropriate change and communication strategy Identify and assess organisational impacts to the organisation / people / process / technology Identify and deliver adequate interventions to support the behavioural shifts required to implement and sustain new ways of working Leverage lessons learned from previous, similar projects to constantly improve future strategies Help define and design the strategic change and communication interventions that enable the delivery of successful and sustainable outcomes based on assessment of the maturity of the organisation at the start. This will have to happen in collaboration with the Regional Change teams. Ensure engagement and success also with the all impacted parts of the business Identify communication needs and draft key messages associated with the project and create communications plans and materials in partnership with the relevant HR and communication teams Provide support to build individual and organisation change capability amongst initiative teams and key stakeholders within area of scope (in alignment with the overall company change capability building strategy) and influence through ongoing partnership and active coaching Provide tools to measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change interventions through qualitative and quantitative measures Partner and collaborate with other change and transformation managers to integrate plans, ensure cohesive and consistent application and continuous improvements of the change approach Skills Required: Knowledge, experience and exposure to best practices in change management Communication skills Political savvy Attention to detail Ability to deal with ambiguity Managing diversity, vision and purpose Motivating others Perspective Priority setting Influencing without authority Strategic agility Excellent English skills Skills Preferred: Innovation Management and creativity Experience Required: Experience or direct exposure to best practice HR Business Leadership A minimum of 8 plus years’ experience specifically leading and managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment Previous experience leading large scale technical change implementations Previous experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders Experience Preferred: Training / instructional design experience A minimum of 5 years’ in Human Resources in a multinational corporation A minimum of 2 years’ experience in training / instructional design Education Required: Bachelor degree – or similar experience / certification in Human Resources Additional Information: Change is constant with our company.
