REPL Group is looking for an experienced Integration Practice Director to lead and continue to build the integration practice within REPL. You will be responsible for delivering industry leading integration work and building a developing a global integration capability within REPL. As such focus on both client delivery work, capability building and people leadership will be pivotal to the role. We’ve worked with all of the UK’s top 10 retailers, as well as with some of the biggest names internationally. These achievements are made possible by hiring the best talent: teams of specialists who share our ambition to deliver the exceptional. REPL both develops its own software products and provides consulting services, and has recently founded an exciting new team at the conjunction of the two. The REPL Integration Practice specialises in developing systems interfaces for our clients, using popular, modern integration platforms such as Mulesoft Anypoint or Dell Boomi. Key Tasks Own and refine the integration vision and go to market strategy Leading delivery of the most complex integration programmes within our portfolio Ensure innovation and thought leadership across the practice Build strong and lasting senior client relationships Develop capability of practice across a variety of key areas People leadership, development and recruitment Supporting operations director with resource management, skills tracking and managing utilisation Supporting development and updating of overall delivery framework and tools Lead communications and drive engagement across all team members Establish integration community events Working as part of the European delivery leadership team to drive improvements across REPL Supporting partners with key BD, sales activities What we’re looking for: Experience of variety of leading integration technologies Varied experience delivering large and complex integration IT projects Strong leadership and line management skills (people focus) Strategic thinking and focus on future Senior Stakeholder management and relationship building Strong problem-solving skills Persuasive: strong written and aural communicator. Business awareness and commercial acumen. Pro-active, flexible with a can-do attitude. Ability to challenge current thinking.
