Contract Type
Full Time
Excellent opportunity for Senior ERP Consultants with strong process manufacturing experience to move to an award winning company, voted Global Reseller of the Year, multiple offices, over 200 staff and winning very interesting deals.

Many of their current and future projects are focused on manufacturing, so experience in the manufacturing sector is essential, but they are also short of ERP Consultants with decent (UK) finance knowledge, so they would also be very interested in talking to you if you have manufacturing, plus finance to offer them. If you are purely an ERP Consultant with process manufacturing, then they can extend your knowledge by training you in the finance modules.

Salary on offer is up to £55k for Senior ERP Manufacturing Consultants with 5 years + experience and their bonus scheme is very good, averaging around £6 - 8k per annum.

Most of their clients are in the South East and you will be out on site much of the time, with some flexibility for days at home, but you will need to come into their offices in the City of London on a regular basis. So your location will ideally be somewhere in South East England with a reasonable commute into London when required to do so. There may be some very occasional international travel to the USA or Australasia.

You will need to spend the first month or two learning and cross training to their ERP product. Training is provided in London and you can stay in a company flat on week days during this time, if you need to.

Typically projects are around 80-100 users and can involve multiple sites and multi-currency implementation; they do have some ERP clients with up to 500 users. This particular team is made up of 15 ERP Consultants (plus Project Managers and Developers) and they would like to grow it to 18 Consultants within the next 3 months. The projects will cover manufacturing, finance and distribution and 2017 is already looking very busy, especially with large manufacturing projects.

A typical project would have the Senior ERP Consultant doing the functional work; the requirements, workshops, design, documentation (business process requirements, system design, testing) and added value work, and a Junior ERP Consultant doing the software configuration, set up and data migration aspects. Junior Consultants can take as much responsibility from the seniors as they can handle and you want to give them.

You need at least 5 years client facing ERP and Manufacturing Software Implementation and Consulting experience and will be knowledgeable in process manufacturing as opposed to discrete. They are particularly strong in the food and drink areas.

There is a strong work ethic here, people are professional, they have a lot of talent and they are committed to providing the clients with top notch service and robust software implementations that will provide ROI for their businesses.
