Scholastic Ltd is part of the international Scholastic group, the world’s leading publisher of children’s fiction and educational books. We are the UK’s largest Book Fair and Book Club operator and we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our to join our Telesales team as a Sales Executive.
With a passion for children’s literacy you will be building strong relationships with existing and potential customer schools building revenues and securing book fair and book club bookings. You will work closely with organisers to develop successful partnerships to promote our products and services.
You will have a drive and determination to reach targets/goals and will be motivated by the results you achieve. Previous sales experience or working within a target driven environment is desirable however training is provided for the right candidate who can demonstrate their passion to succeed.
You will be a confident, ambitious and resilient individual who prides themselves in delivering customer service excellence and will possess excellent communication skills via telephone and email with good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
This Sales Executive position is working term time (38 weeks per year). We offer a company pension, generous employee discount on all products and a competitive salary plus commission incentives.
