£16,328 per annum Full time: Permanent roles available

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-8pm

Saturday: 8am-6pm (need to be flexible with working hours and days)

The duties of a Customer Service Agent are:

* Acting as first point of contact for incoming queries related
* You will be accountable for the timely and accurate resolution of customers` queries
* Look for additional opportunities which would enhance customers experience
* Adding new cases onto CRM
* Liaise with customers and internal departments
* Be an integral part of the current Customer Service Advisor team

Day to day, you will be looking after customers queries and looking for additional opportunities to enhance the customers experience making sure all customers remain a valued customer!

You must have the following skill set:

* Previous experience within Customer Service is essential
* Experienced Customer Service Advisor or similar role
* Excellent oral and written skills
* Professional and computer literate
* The ability to work under pressure
* Organised, able to prioritise workloads
* If you have experience working within retail or contact centre, this is desirable
