2nd Line Helpdesk Technician required in Hemel Hempstead/Hertfordshire
Role:
* Receiving logging and managing issues from the UK Customers
* Using the call logging system for incidents raised via telephone, email or from 3rd party
* maintain an asset database and track changes on the company's call logging system
* 1st and 2nd line support - Troubleshooting IT related issues
* Escalate unresolved calls to the next line of support
* Take ownership of customer incidents and follow up problems on behalf of customers
Skills:
* Proven experience working in a 2nd line role
* Experience working on Epos systems
* experience using team viewer
* excellent communication both verbal and written
