Cyber crime and threats are increasing across the globe and more organisations are realising that they need help from companies like Raytheon.

Your new role will be working within the Cyber Innovation team in Gloucester to help design, develop and maintain mission critical applications and systems. Supporting government, law enforcement and commercial customers. You'll be developing a broad range of cyber security solutions, work on the most up to date tech and receive ongoing professional development straight away.

You will help develop software using the agile/scrum methodology and will be involved fully in the software development lifecycle alongside developers in an integrated environment. Within the team you’ll create and manage automated test scripts, contribute to test strategies and record test issues.

We are flexible on backgrounds and skill sets as we offer continuous training and development to keep you at the forefront of the industry. Skills in the full engineering lifecycle, model based architecture and the ability to take responsibility for technical aspects of the project will help you stand out. Some of the tools you will gain exposure to are automated tools- Selenium, Cucumber and Gherkin, plus Java, Python, Perl and Linux.

Raytheon are really encouraging all staff to obtain certificates and accreditation in their areas of expertise.

Due to the nature of the work we do successful candidates will be undergo the appropriate level of security clearance specific to their employment.
