This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Office Manager to become a key member of the management team in a fast-moving, digital marketing company. You will work closely with the Managing Director and the rest of the senior management team and will take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and giving guidance to the office-based staff who provide support to a team of UK field-based sales people
- Liaising with customers in relation to all aspects of invoicing, problem resolution and maintaining a happy customer base thus ensuring on-going revenues
- Providing management information on a timely basis to allow the management team to make quick decisions in order to improve the efficiency and profitability of the business
- Managing all HR activities including the processing of new starters and induction and training courses as well as overseeing the ongoing well being of all members of staff
- Credit control and Purchase Ledger.

The person:
- You will have previous management experience in a busy office environment
- You will have a positive, focused 'can do' attitude
- You will be target driven with excellent attention to detail
- You will possess a strong work ethic
- You must have excellent communication skills across multiple departments
- You must be flexible to work across multiple departments
- You must be competent with the use of Microsoft Office Packages, primarily Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
