Our Client offers a specialist Consultancy service which includes lead-generation, training and marketing services to a wide range of clients, helping them to grow their business.
Established for over 5 years with a healthy order book and a secure financial backing, they are moving into a phase of controlled expansion, hence they are looking for the right candidate to drive the business forward.
- Initially, you will be responsible for sending Emails and making follow up telephone up calls using warm/cold data new business prospects in order to make appointments for the sales team.
- You will be making outbound calls to generate qualified leads and business development opportunities across the existing portfolio and contracts .
- The maintenance of an up to date CRM system which will record outcomes of all calls and sales tracking.
You will be responsible for meeting targets and key performance indicators.
Sales training and personal development will be ongoing.
There is an initial 3 month probation period
You will possess highly developed Communication skills
You will have a proven track record of B2B Telemarketing and/or appointment making
You will be able to bypass the gatekeepers and handle any negative responses from customers who may not want to talk to you.
Knowledge of the Salesforce or a similar CRM system would be an advantage.
The success of this role will be dependent on you having a positive approach, high levels of commitment and energy .
For the right candidate there is opportunity for a move into a Team Leader or Field Sales role.
The Rewards Package
The basic salary will be £18-£25k (dependent on age and experience)
On target earnings £30,000pa

Annual Leave -20days (plus public holidays)
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
