Primary Teacher Person Specification

The school are looking for a friendly Primary Teacher who ideally has experience working in an inner city school and any level of experience is welcome. The ideal candidate will have a professional approach at all times in class and a meticulous style of teaching. You will be a teacher who can provide imaginative lessons that will leave your students enthralled and deliver lessons that are fun as well as effective.

About the Primary Teacher Role

As a Primary Teacher your role will involve you teaching one of the classes within KS2 depending your own skills and experience and you will be receiving mentoring from a talented Senior teacher. You will have a hand in the development and training of the class teaching assistant - who will hopefully advance on to teacher training in the near future. Your role will require you to make use of some exciting resources such as interactive whiteboards and progress as a teacher with the help of some fantastic training and extensive CPD. You will be carrying out this role under the full support of the SLT who are a really welcoming and supportive group of practitioners. The school will provide you with interactive play areas and the amicable Head is the driving force behind the school.
