Account Manager / Senior Account Executive – Digital Agency

We are seeking a creative Account Manager / Senior Account Executive to join a successful design and digital agency based in Central London. This is an ideal opportunity for an Account Executive / Senior Account Exec to step up and make a real impact working on great projects with fantastic clients.

The Account Manager / Senior Account Executive will be joining a small, fast-paced agency who specialise in brand strategy & development, digital marketing, advertising and web design to a wide range of B2B clients. With creativity at the heart of what they do, they are now seeking an Account Manager / Senior Account Executive, with a background in marketing / media and a love for branding, digital and relationship building to join their talented team.

Working alongside the Directors the Account Manager / Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts and co-ordinating the day-to-day activity of the studio. Whether you are working on briefs (preparing quotes, proofing creative work, managing campaign production); contacting key clients or working across a diverse collection of projects from email campaigns to integrated branding and beyond, you will act as a brand guardian ensuring outstanding results for clients.

To qualify... You'll need to be a friendly, approachable and highly organised Account Manager / Senior Account Executive / SAE / Account Exec / AM / Creative Account Manager or similar who can highlight the following:

  • Some experience in a similar Account Management / Account Executive role;
  • Experience of working in a client-facing role with people at all levels;
  • A proven ability to write clear, concise briefs;
  • The ability to multi-task and co-ordinate effective use of resources and time;
  • The confidence to have a voice, manage expectations and provide constructive feedback;
  • A good commercial awareness of B2B marketing, industry trends, and digital media.
