We are working with the UK’s leading provider of technology focused business services as they look to add a Database Marketing Manager to one of their highly successful divisions.

This is a new and pivotal role within the team and the successful candidate will be responsible for market segmentation and targeting to maximise lead acquisition and conversion

Key Responsibilities and Objectives:

  • To track leads and conversion to sales opportunity (MQL to SQL) for each marketing activity across all channels
  • To own the customer data across various Sales & Marketing systems (Salesfusion, Eventbrite, Embraco, Google Analytics etc.)
  • To build a centre of excellence for all marketing analytics and KPIs
  • Devise and implement market segmentation and targeting to maximize lead acquisition and conversion
  • Source new data to increase volume and profitability of activity
  • Coordinate with marketing leadership on campaign strategy and execution to continuously optimise campaigns
  • Set up execution and reporting on campaigns for lead management and lead scoring
  • Monitor and track efficiency of all campaign efforts and channel attribution

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent
  • Several years’ experience is database management/marketing analytics with proven track record of innovative campaign strategies
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
  • Passion for database marketing and customer insight
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to work with others at different levels in the organisation
  • Strong data management, data manipulation and problem solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, working knowledge of Access and any other analysis tools is preferred
  • Familiar with enterprise-level analytics tools, such as Oracle/Siebel is preferred but not necessary
  • Proficiency with Data Mining tools and Data Visualisation (e.g. Tableau) is an advantage
  • Prior experience with marketing automation (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot), and campaign analysis would be a plus
