Person Specification for SEN/SEMH Primary Teacher

The right candidate will be a talented SEN/SEMH Primary Teacher who has Experience of working in an education environment with children with SEMH/ASC needs. You must have the ability to strike a balance between challenge and compassion towards your high functioning pupils with moderate learning difficulties.

About the SEN/SEMH Primary Teacher Role

In this SEN/SEMH Primary Teacher position you will be teaching one of the classes within KS1 based on your skills, experience, and personal preference. Your duties will include instructing a Teaching Assistant who has a talent for ensuring all your students are on task and keeping up with your lessons. This SEN/SEMH Primary Teacher position involves practising under a fantastic HoD. This position would suit an ambitious teacher who want to move into management in the future and is looking to take on additional responsibilities outside of your core class duties.
