La Compagnie des Desserts is a fine dessert producer. Our enthusiasm for the quality and love for food has allowed us to be present in the menus of the finest restaurants across Europe. With more than 800 active customers in the UK we are looking to strength and develop even more our presence in Greater London area with new sales representatives.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Some relevant Field Sales experience
- Experience of doing product demonstrations and planning a territory
- A genuine desire to meet and surpass targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good administrative, organisational and time management skills
- A high level of self motivation
- Develop customer portfolio
- Increase sales & revenue
- Develop customer relationship and listen to their feedback.
- Identify customer's needs and have the ability to offer informed solutions.
- Be knowledgeable and enthuse passion for the product you are promoting.
- Show determination to achieve goals and hit targets.
- Interpret sales reports and identify market and product opportunities.
- Participate in team sales meetings and share product / market knowledge beneficial to the rest of the team.
- Plan and prioritise a large territory to arrange meetings with a wide range of customers.
- Communicate with the direction through a daily activity report (also used to measure achievement of KPI's)
