Graduate FX Brokerage role. Graduates wanted Immediate Start
Salary: £40,000 OTE 1st year earnings

Location: Central London

Our client is looking for money-motivated graduates who are eager to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and develop within the role. Working alongside professionals with extensive experience within the FX brokerage industry you'll have the opportunity to train and learn while working in the role with our FTSE 100 clients.
With a great office location in Central London you'll be in the heart of the financial district working with high profile clients to source the best candidates that our clients require.

The role:
Your role will be to source your own accounts through a mixture of advertising, networking and business development. Once you have sourced high-calibre accounts then your role will be to meet with clients and discuss their suitability for the role and prepare the candidate for client meetings.

Negotiating is a large part of the role and you will be integral in the process of brokering a deal between candidates and clients to satisfy both party's needs. Good client relations are needed as well and building further client bases is essential and you will have responsibility early on to build a client base through networking and meeting new potential clients.
