Do you have a strong accounts payable or purchase ledger background with experience or managing or mentoring colleagues?

Sheridan Maine are working closely with a leading UK organisation to find an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their proactive team in Swindon.

Reporting into a senior finance member you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger function and managing one junior member of staff. The company are extremely supportive, offer excellent benefits, have spacious modern offices with plenty of onsite parking and are easily accessible from the M4. The company offer endless opportunities within the wider finance team.

The main responsibilities for the successful Accounts Payable Supervisor include but are not limited to:

- Processing purchase ledger invoices.
- Processing BACS payments.
- Payment runs.
- Journal preparation.
- Month end tasks.
- Cash flow forecast.
- Managing accounts payable clerk.
