Up to £85,000 per annum plus benefits

A leading Financial Service on a worldwide scale are looking to recruit a new Head of Scoring/Scorecard Manager in which is a brand new position to lead their current team of analysts. This role will allow you to be hands on in the development of both Application and Behavioural Scorecards whilst also leading, developing and mentoring a team of 4 analysts.

THE COMPANY

You will be working for a company who are one of the world's leading suppliers of credit reports and business information. They have over nine offices in Europe and the USA and are continually looking to expand the countries in which they work in.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading the development of Application and Behavioural Scorecards for both the company and customer.
  • Validating, monitoring and improving the scorecards currently in place.
  • Develop and implement new strategies and policies which will benefit both the company and their clients.
  • Lead a team of 4 analysts ensuring you help their development and aid their growth within the company.
  • Lead Stakeholder Engagement both in the UK and abroad.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FROM YOU?

  • Proven experience in the development of Application and Behavioural Scorecards
  • Experience of using SAS on a day to day basis
  • Proven management experience and examples of when you have successfully led a team of analysts.
  • A great communicator with the ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner.
  • A structured, inquisitive and analytical mindset.

BENEFITS

You should expect to earn up to £85,000 plus a competitive benefits package including a performance related bonus and pension.
