Events Project Manager
We’re looking for an events project manager to work across recent new and exciting account wins on some world class brands.
You’ll be required to look after existing and newly won events clients, you will also be an integral part of the Account and Project management team, any additional marketing or skills gained agency side would be advantageous.
You will be a well rounded events management professional who’s delivery focused enabling us to refine the planning and execution of each event with precision across all areas.
To begin with you’ll be looking after a single large event which is aimed at an EMEA audience of around 1000 over a two day period. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the planning, involved with marketing and gaining awareness, acquiring and nurturing attendees and final delivery of the event. In addition you will be responsible for a 3 continent roadshow covering EMEA, APJ, and LATAM spanning a three month time period.
These are very important clients and these events are a part of a larger client account of which our client is the lead agency. You’ll be an integral part of ensuring these clients receive a faultless service and a fist class events management experience.
You will have a talented team of marketing and creative professionals to back you up which will enable you to deliver a precisely executed and strategically planed and focused event.

This is a client-focused role so being comfortable communicating at the highest level with clients and event delegates is important. You will need to demonstrate having worked on similar size projects too as you’ll be the lead on this side of the business. We’ll be looking for a strong leader, someone who is positive and proactive and above all professional in your approach, making sure timings, budgets and executing is run as planned.
