Engineering Scheduling Coordinator, Chesterfield, Permanent, Full Time Job, £20,000 per annum
Your new company
You will be joining a leading energy provider within the UK market. You will be joining an established provider who are well regarded and respected within the sector. Your new role
You will be the liaison for the two main installation categories for the company, and for all maintenance activities. You will be providing an efficient and seamless service to all stakeholders, customers and sales representatives. You will provide reports on the customer service provided between scheduling and the customers and process any incoming engineering reports to action effectively where appropriate. You will also undertake any ad-hoc administration duties as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have your GCSE's in Maths and English. You will have a strong knowledge of IT systems and in particular be able to confidently use Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Project. You will have a strong background in customer service, and preferably have previous experience working in the energy sector.
